Roles of Executives and Employees in Anti-Corruption (ANTI-CORRUPTION)” and the Jaymart Group’s Annual Declaration of Intention to Prevent and Suppress Corruption for the Year 2023

On October 19, 2023, the company organized a training session on the topic “Roles of Executives and Employees in Anti-Corruption (ANTI-CORRUPTION)” and the Jaymart Group’s Annual Declaration of Intention to Prevent and Suppress Corruption for the Year 2023. The event was honored by Dr. Mana Nimitmongkol, Secretary-General of the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT), who presided over the ceremony and conducted the training session together with speakers from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). The training was held for the three main companies under the Group — Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited, JMT Network Services Public Company Limited, and JAS Asset Public Company Limited — along with associated and subsidiary companies. The event took place at Jaymart Headquarters and was also broadcast online via the ZOOM platform to employees across the country. The purpose of this event was to raise awareness of the importance of anti-corruption practices and to foster an organizational culture that does not support, tolerate, or engage in any form of corruption. These values are crucial in strengthening the credibility and trust of society, investors, and all stakeholders toward the organization.
